Three Former Presidents Push Border Crisis To Brink

Some call it “the swamp.”

Others call it “the establishment.”

But in October 1999, conservative Pat Buchanan articulated a concept that has dominated American politics for the past few decades. Announcing that he had quit being a Republican, Buchanan claimed that America’s two major political parties had become “two wings of the same bird of prey.”

Since then, conservatives have often been ridiculed for believing that a “uniparty” exists in Washington. “The term,” wrote Vox this past October, “crystallizes an idea widespread on the MAGA right: that too many Republican politicians and especially leaders are, on key issues, aligned with Democrats and the Washington establishment, and working against Donald Trump and the right.”

Now as the immigration crisis continues to cause problems in American cities and on the southern border, three former president have announced that not only the uniparty exists, but there’s nothing anyone can do to stop it.

Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama have teamed up to fly thousands of migrants to the United States.

A non-governmental organization (NGO) founded by former Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama and backed by a litany of multinational corporations is teaming up with American Express Global Business Travel to fly migrants into the United States.

The NGO, called Welcome.US, was initially launched to work with President Joe Biden’s administration in resettling some 85,000 Afghans across the U.S. in 2021 and 2022, as Breitbart News reported extensively at the time.

Now, the NGO is teaming up with the open borders group Miles4Migrants as well as American Express Global Business Travel to fund flights to American communities for migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, Ukraine, and Nicaragua, writes Breitbart.

The NGO’s flights for migrants are meant to complement a program created by President Joe Biden’s administration this year where 360,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, and Nicaragua will be admitted to the United States annually via an expansive parole pipeline which has already helped release about a million migrants into American communities from 2021 to 2022.

“Donations are needed to fund the flights for newcomers to travel to the United States,” the group’s website states.

“Those forced to flee often leave behind all but what they can carry, and the costs of international travel can be prohibitive,” the webpage continues. “Welcome Connect Travel removes the cost of travel as a barrier for both sponsors in the United States and the displaced families they are supporting through humanitarian sponsorship.”

The three presidents aren’t the only leaders trying to bolster the number migrants heading to the United States.

American Greatness reported that “the new effort by the NGO is in addition to ongoing importation efforts by the Biden Administration, with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) chartering flights to bring illegals further into the interior of the United States.

The mass migration crisis has become one of the dominant political issues in the United States in the final stretch before the 2024 presidential election, with estimates now suggesting that at least five million illegals have come into the country since Biden took power. The uncontrolled flood of illegals, encouraged by Biden’s promises on the 2020 campaign trail of free, taxpayer-funded benefits and amnesty for all illegals, has led to a breakdown of the southern border, as well as a spread of crime, drug use, and homelessness in border communities.”

During a committee hearing on the subject last week, Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson’s announced that “roughly five million illegal immigrants have entered the United States since President Biden took office in 2021.”

Over the past year, mayors in some of America’s biggest cities have begged the White House for help in dealing with the massive influx of undocumented people into their “sanctuary cities.”

Recently, for example, New York City transformed a high school into a “migrant shelter,” forcing students out of the classroom and back to virtual learning online.

Liberals, including Democratic mayors, have tried to cast blame not on the White House for its failure to secure the border. Instead, they have focused on efforts by Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to bus or fly the undocumented to cities of their choice.

As has been made clear over the last week, blaming the latter for the dramatic rise in illegal immigration is an absurdity.
